- Returns
are only permitted if items are new,
with the manufacturer and Valley Scrubs tags
attached
.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and cannot be from another
vendor.
- We
do not take any customized uniforms back. i.e. embroidered, screen
printed, or garments altered/tailored in any way.
Items
should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and
labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original
condition.
Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to
avoid discoloration to the soles.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be added at the time of exchange
Shipping and handling costs are
not refundable.
To
assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon
receipt.
